Terms of Agreement

Pocatello Parks & Recreation staff will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your request. Invoicing will be completed once the memorial is approved by both parties.

The Pocatello Parks & Recreation Department will be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of memorial trees, benches and picnic tables for five years after installation. The department has the right to remove any item that becomes damaged or degenerates to disrepair and will not be held responsible for replacement five years after the installation date.
