Water will be turned off as early as 8:00 a.m. on the date requested (or the following business day if applicable).

If you have a deposit on your account, it will credit toward final charges.
If there is a remaining balance, you will see a statement or E-Notification.
If there is a remaining credit, a refund check will be mailed to the forwarding address provided.

Date to Discontinue Service (cannot be backdated; weekends or holidays will be postponed until the following business day)

Will another holder of your account still be living at the residence?

This person will need to contact Utility Billing to put service in their name.
